锦州中理外轮理货有限公司（简称“锦州中理”）前身是中国外轮理货总公司锦州分公司，于2002年7月改制重组，是中外理系统改制的理货公司。是由锦州港股份有限公司、锦州港国有资产经营管理有限公司、中国外轮理货有限公司组成的股份制公司。是锦州口岸为航行于国际、国内航线船舶和外贸进出口货物提供公正理货的企业，系具有国际性、涉外性、公正性、服务性的专业理货机构。为中国理货协会常务理事单位。

China Ocean Shipping Tally Jinzhou Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinzhou shipping tally"), formerly known as Jinzhou branch of China ocean shipping tally corporation, was restructured in July 2002.
